ZEISS AICell traceは、測定物の複雑な要素のリアルタイムプロセス監視と、車体製造プロセスの立ち上げのサポートを可能にするCMM相関が必要ないインライン測定システムです。AIMax cloud 3Dセンサ、トラッキングカメラ、センサと固定ユニットを形成するLEDタグ付きカーボン筐体で構成されます。トラッキングカメラは、カーボン筐体上のLEDタグを検出することによって、自身の位置とセンサの位置を認識します。AICell traceは、測定センサを正確に配置するロボットの能力とは無関係です。このネットワーク化されたシステムは、最初の部品から信頼性があり、有益な測定と検査データを所望の精度で得ることができます。
