特徴正確な位置決め
複雑な車体部品の広範囲な測定において、内部の届きにくいポイントも測定する必要がある場合は、光学式/接触式センサを最適な場所に位置決めしなければなりません。また多くの場合、長さ方向を拡張するオプションも必要です。
CSCは豊富なトルク、最高分解能、精度を兼ね備えているため、これまでは実行不可能だったことが可能になりました。

測定時間の短縮
カーボディ製造工程を最適にコントロールするためには、測定結果をできるだけ速く取得する必要性があります。CSCは高いダイナミクスを持ち、測定にかかる時間を安全性を損なわずに大幅に短縮できます。
弊社のセーフティーコンセプトに基づき、回転ユニットの既存の衝突保護機能へのセンサプレート用の耐衝撃ベアリングの統合が実現しました。これにより、衝突時のセンサの損傷が高い確率で回避されます。
デザインを一新したスタイラスチェンジャ
CSCのもう1つの特長が、デザインを一新したスタイラスシステムチェンジャです。RDS回転式プローブホルダと同様、チェンジャは現在のところ完全にパッシブです。
そのため測定機の圧縮空気が不要になり、コストの節約にもつながります。また電源に接続しなくても使えるため、必要なところに配置できます。
